"I was mesmerized by very bright blue little flowers in my front yard. It’s called Georgia Blue", she says about the initial idea behind it. Ever since she first started the project in 2013, it has evolved into her "life visual journal" with some personal stories: if it's her husband's cholesterol medicine with the same pink blush of Pantone 691 C or her favorite comfort food Ramen noodles which pair perfectly with Pantone 7499 C.

Tenho sido uma blogger ausente, eu sei. Voltarei ao meu ritmo normal depois de acabar um freela para Londres. Aliás, pensando bem nunca fui fiel a um ritmo, mas tenho visto tanta coisa boa por aí com Cannes, que hoje não resisti e decidi fazer um break para dar carinho ao meu blog. Comecei com estes anúncios, porque achei o conceito simplesmente incrível e super bem ilustrado....tão bom que ganhou GP de Press em Cannes.

Gostava de escrever um texto sobre esta minha ilustração, mas não consigo. Só me vem uma palavra à cabeça: saudade.
Fez agora 1 ano que troquei as ginjinhas pelas caipirinhas, até aí tudo bem. Agora, as sardinhas?? Valha-me nosso Senhor, mas não dá para trocar!

I've just realised that I started to work with Photoshop a thew years ago.. like 15 years ago. At that time, it was the Adobe Photoshop 3.0. I don't know how do I feel about it.

Outings Project: Let’s Move Museum Art To The Streets

"Everybody can do it. Use your phone to photograph the portraits of anonymous paintings on museum walls, print them and move them to the streets. I’m Julien de Casabianca, a filmmaker and visual artist from France, and I initiated the project in Paris and London. Recently, some artists have participated in Madrid, Barcelona, soon in Padova, Asuncion, Tirana. It’s a re-appreciation of our urban space. We have to use it for visual expression, communication and advertising. If art is the medium and the streets are our canvases, Outings invites everyone to create a relationship between our living space and our collective culture. "

It's a world participative project and I really want to set free some good old art in this town!
