Li o teu livro "A Chef's Tour" no sul da India, li o teu outro livro "Kitchen Confidential" em Pai, na Tailândia. Ver o " No Reservations" virou um hobby. Fiz questão de comer no restaurante "Les Halles" em NY onde começaste como Chef, para não falar que foste tema de conversa tantas e tantas vezes. Obrigado, por tudo e pelo o que ainda está para vir.
Em tua homenagem... abri um vinho, ouvi um bom rock e rabisquei-te com carinho.
